Meet the team.

Revora is run by its two co-founders. Moaad is the strategist. Adam is the relationship builder.

Moaad Shaikhi

Co-Founder and Director

Moaad is a civil engineer and quantity surveyor, with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a Master’s degree in Quantity Surveying. He has spent three years in the industry, first with contractors and now with a tier one global consultancy, across house building, water and utilities, and transport projects.

Seeing the industry through a commercial lens, he understands how the money works in construction and where the issues lie: admin-heavy workflows, slow processes and high overheads that eat into margin. His goal is to pair AI and construction technology with that commercial understanding, and bridge the gap between where construction is and where it needs to be.

Adam Mjahed

Co-Founder and Director

Adam is a mechanical engineer by training who moved into sales, specifically sales and supply chain. He knows the construction industry from the client side: its cycles, and how buying and delivery work for construction companies.

At Revora he focuses on client relationships, drives the sales and manages the teams around each project, making sure the business is thriving.

Why we started Revora

Construction is under real pressure. Not enough skilled people are entering the industry to replace those retiring, the work is admin-heavy, and expensive professionals spend hours on admin instead of using their expertise.

The industry needs these companies to stay, to build, and to keep delivering good projects. Innovation is how they do it, and bringing that innovation into construction is what we are here for.
